Position Information
VEA Health is seeking a full-time Emergency Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join a growing emergency department at Yoakum Community Hospital in Yoakum, Texas. This role offers a lower-volume practice setting with meaningful community impact and strong specialty backup.
Qualifications
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Emergency Medicine, or Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
ACLS required
PALS required
ATLS required unless BC/EM

Pediatric visits: 26%
Physician shifts: 8a–8p and 8p–8a

Specialty backup includes Gastroenterology, Urology, Cardiology, Podiatry, General Surgery, and Orthopedics
